🛍️ 1. Business Nature

  • This website operates strictly as a B2B (Business-to-Business) wholesale platform

  • Orders are accepted only from retailers, wholesalers, and business buyers

  • We do not cater to individual retail customers

📦 2. Orders & Acceptance

  • All orders are subject to:

    • Product availability

    • Order confirmation by our team

  • We reserve the right to:

    • Cancel or reject any order without prior notice

    • Limit quantities per order

💰 3. Pricing & Payments

  • All prices are:

    • Wholesale prices

    • Exclusive of GST (unless mentioned)

  • Accepted payment terms:

    • 💳 Prepaid (Bank Transfer / UPI / Payment Gateway)

  • Cash / prepaid offers:

    • Valid only at the time of order

    • Cannot be claimed later

💳 4. Partial COD Policy

  • In select cases, we may offer Partial Cash on Delivery (Partial COD)

  • Under this option:

    • Customer must pay a partial advance amount at order confirmation

    • Remaining amount is payable at the time of delivery

  • ❗ Important Condition:

    • If the customer refuses to accept the order,
      the advance payment will NOT be refunded

  • This applies because:

    • Orders are processed specifically for wholesale buyers

    • Logistics, packing, and handling costs are already incurred

🚚 5. Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders are dispatched after:

    • Payment confirmation

  • Delivery timelines:

    • Depend on location and courier partner

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by:

    • Courier companies

    • Natural or unforeseen events

🔁 6. Returns & Refunds

  • Returns are accepted strictly as per our Return & Refund Policy

  • No return will be accepted:

    • Without original tags and packing

    • After the allowed return period

⚠️ 7. Product Disclaimer

  • Products are manufactured in bulk; hence:

    • Minor variations in color/design may occur

    • Slight size variation is possible

  • Product images are for reference only

📊 8. Liability Limitation

  • Emm Aar Knitwears shall not be liable for:

    • Any indirect or consequential loss

    • Loss of business, profit, or goodwill

  • Maximum liability is limited to:

    • Value of goods purchased

  • Customers are responsible for:

    • Maintaining confidentiality of login details

    • Providing accurate business information

  • We reserve the right to:

    • Suspend accounts for misuse or fraud

  • Governed by laws of Punjab, India
